This blend of roots and herbs has been shown to fight Colds and flu, as well as prevent them. The licorice root soothes a sore throat. Frankincense breaks up mucous. For a mug of hot tea, use about a spoonful of the herbs. Simmer them on the stove for about 5-10 minutes, then strain. You can add anything else you like :) (lemon, fresh ginger root, honey, etc)

This is a powerful blend of herbal flowers and roots known to promote sleep. It's all natural, so it's very mild, yet powerful. You will awaken refreshed, and not hung over, as after taking something like "Tylenol PM". Make a pot and sip on it as the night approaches. You will feel calm, relaxed, and won't have a bit of trouble falling asleep.

About the Teas
These teas are made with herbs that are still in a whole form. Some of the ingredients are pods, others are seeds, roots, leaves, or flowers. I have purposefully left these teas in as whole of a form as possible in order to retain their therapeutic properties. The herbs are organic, and hand-blended.
Tea Preparation
These teas should be simmered for 5 to 10 minutes over low heat (just barely boiling). The longer the tea is steeped, the stronger it will be. If you want a mild taste, then simmer it only for a short period of time. I prepare my tea in a French Press, which is a pot that has a strainer. It does not matter how you strain the herbs. Special pots or tools can be used, but it's just as easy to pour the tea over a strainer into a cup when you've finished steeping it. You can add any other ingredients you like, according to your taste, although I wouldn't recommend sugar. Both of the teas contain Stevia in leaf form for natural sweetness, but should you need more, I'd recommend honey, agave nectar, or more stevia.
