Skin Drink
Finally! A dry skin treatment that fights dry, itchy, scaly skin.
Unlike lotions which are made of mostly water, this formula is entirely natural oils. When I think of the word “oil”, I think of thick, goopy, oily, slimy stuff. Stuff that sits on top of your skin and makes everything sticky that you touch, including your clothing.
Spray it on your skin. Your legs, arms, chest, back, abdomen. Massage it in.

The plant oils I used are first and foremost, Grape Seed and Coconut for their thin consistency, and their ability to penetrate into the skin. They are both loaded with vitamins for your skin, as well as antioxidants. Coconut also has special protective properties that prevent and reverse sun damage. Then, I added Apricot Kernel, Argan, Meadowfoam, Arnica, and Avocado. You can watch a video about Argan oil on my webpage for SILK face serum. It is an amazing, rare oil, only available from Morocco. Arnica oil helps with arthritic and muscular pain. (That’s just an added bonus)
The fragrance is intoxicating, and unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. It’s a VERY light smell, and not meant to be overpowering above any fragrance you use. However, if you do not use perfumes or colognes, you will LOVE the scent of this, because it’s so light, fresh, and unique. You will have to smell it for yourself!!
The essential oils used are Naouli, Bergamot, Frankincense, Patchouli, Vetiver, Elemi, Cocoa, Cognac, and Peppermint.
Some of these oils are used for the fragrance alone, and some for special abilities to heal the skin. For instance, Frankincense has the ability to give you an overall sense of well-being. This is a scientific fact. It has many other benefits, but this was the reason I used it in this blend (and why I use it in most of my formulas). Patchouli heals scars. Vetiver has a calming effect. Elemi is an ancient oil used to help with wrinkles. Peppermint is a natural anti-bacterial and is also a natural insect repellant. Oils used for their fragrance alone, were the Bergamot, Cocoa, and Cognac. (Bergamot is a type of citrus fruit that smells like orange. Cocoa comes from the cocoa bean, and Cognac comes from the specific grapes that Cognac is made from (a specific region in France). These grapes have a distinct fragrance from the others.
